A Churchgate-bound fast local was held up for nearly 10 minutes at Borivali Railway Station on Wednesday after a quarrel broke out among passengers in the Divyangjan coach, following an alleged dispute over a mute passenger trying to enter the coach.
The 10:33 am Churchgate fast local train, which originated from Virar at 9:56 am, was reportedly halted after the mute passenger pulled the emergency chain during the altercation.
