Mumbai lakes hold 94.27 per cent water stock, Vihar, Tulsi and Modak Sagar remain full

Mumbai’s seven lakes collectively held 13,64,385 million litres of water, or 94.27 per cent of their total live storage capacity, as of 6 am on August 21. Vihar, Tulsi and Modak Sagar remained full, while Bhatsa stood at 94.22% and Upper Vaitarna at 87.57 per cent

Mumbai's seven lakes, which supply drinking water to the city, collectively held 13,64,385 million litres of water, or 94.27 per cent of their total live storage capacity, as of 6 am on Friday, August 21, according to the Hydraulic Engineer's Department at the Bhandup Master Control Centre.
