Mumbai’s seven lakes had a combined 14,02,330 million litres (ML) of water as of 6 am on Monday, September 28, accounting for 96.89 per cent of their total useful storage capacity of 14,47,363 ML, according to the Hydraulic Engineer’s Department’s Master Control Centre at Bhandup Complex.
