Mumbai’s seven lakes supplying water to the city had 13,87,139 million litres (ML) of useful live storage as of 6 am on Saturday, October 3, according to the Hydraulic Engineer’s Department of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).

The combined storage stood at 95.84 per cent of the total useful live storage capacity of 14,47,363 ML.
