Fire breaks out in meter box of building at Mumbai's Malad; no injuries reported

The building is a seven-storey structure in Malvani comprising approximately 136 flats. Firefighters reportedly faced difficulty in dousing the flames due to inadequate access for fire brigade vehicles

A fire broke out on Sunday afternoon in the electric meter box of Shakti SRA Building No. 7 at Malvani, Malad, in Mumbai. No injuries were reported in the incident.
According to information received, the fire started around 1.30 pm in the SRA building located at Bhabrekar Nagar in Jankalyan Nagar.
