<h2>Hill crash</h2>
<p>The incident occurred around 3.30 pm when the car lost control on the hill road, crashed down the embankment and landed across the railway lines.&nbsp;An approaching local train was immediately halted after railway authorities were alerted, averting a possible collision.</p>

<h2>Driver rescued</h2>
<p>The driver, identified as Chinmay Patil, a <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-news/article/mumbai-turbhe-store-residents-protest-dumping-ground-and-proposed-cbg-project-23631266" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">resident of Turbhe Gaon,</a> was travelling alone. He was trapped inside the mangled vehicle and was rescued by Belapur Fire Station personnel before being rushed to MGM Hospital, Belapur. Hospital authorities confirmed that Patil&rsquo;s condition is now stable and his family has been informed.</p>

Upon reaching, we found the vehicle lying crushed on the tracks with a young man trapped inside in an unconscious state. Our personnel extricated him from the vehicle and shifted him to MGM Hospital, Belapur, where he is currently undergoing treatment&rsquo;</p>
