A BEST bus driver was injured after a private travel bus collided head-on with a BEST bus in Mulund West early Sunday morning. A minor fire also broke out in the bonnet compartment of the BEST bus following the collision.

The accident occurred at around 5.50 a.m. at Raily Wolf in Mulund, where traffic movement had been restricted to a single lane due to ongoing Metro construction work on LBS Marg.
