Maharashtra weather update: IMD issues heavy rain alert for state; Ghat areas likely to receive extremely heavy rainfall

According to the IMD's evening weather bulletin, Pune is expected to record a maximum temperature of around 26 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 22 degrees Celsius on Sunday

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast generally cloudy skies with light to moderate rainfall across Maharashtra on Sunday, while warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall at a few places and extremely heavy showers at isolated locations in the Ghat areas.
According to the IMD's evening weather bulletin, Pune is expected to record a maximum temperature of around 26 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 22 degrees Celsius on Sunday.
