As many as 380 Dahi Handi and Janmashtami events have been planned within the jurisdiction of Kalyan Police’s Zone 3 for the 2026 celebrations, with police making elaborate security arrangements across the area.

According to senior police officials, the area will witness 43 Janmashtami celebrations, 56 public Dahi Handi events and 281 private Dahi Handi events. The figures have been compiled across eight police station jurisdictions.
