The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) has added a festive touch to train journeys by distributing traditional modaks to passengers travelling on CSMT–MAO Tejas Express during Ganesh Chaturthi, an official statement said on Tuesday.

The initiative will continue throughout the Ganpati festival, bringing the spirit of the celebrations to passengers travelling between Mumbai and Madgaon, it said.
