Disha Salian’s father Satish Salian and his advocate on Saturday marched to Shiv Sena (UBT) bastion Matoshree in Bandra East, to serve party MLA Aaditya Thackeray with a Rs 500-crore defamation. The notice has been fired over Thackeray’s remarks on the CBI probe into Disha’s death in 2020. The FIR, based on the statement given by Salian, mentions the names of several individuals, including Uddhav and Aaditya Thackeray, among others.
