CSMT redevelopment: CR extends traffic and power block till July 8, trains to terminate at Dadar and Thane

Central Railway has extended the ongoing traffic and power block at Platforms 16 and 17 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) as part of the station's major redevelopment project being carried out by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA).

The block, which was initially introduced on February 1, 2026, and subsequently extended multiple times, will now remain in force until July 8, 2026.
