Central Railway adds escalators, lifts, and more than 2,000 upgraded fixtures across Mumbai division stations

The Mumbai division of Central Railway has rolled out a series of passenger amenity upgrades across key stations, adding new escalators, lifts, fans, LED lights and digital display systems in January 2026.
