Bombay High Court orders Meta, X and Google to remove abusive posts targeting Nitin Gadkari

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday ordered the immediate removal of allegedly defamatory social media posts and online content targeting Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, describing the material as "vile, abusive, obscene and defamatory."

Granting interim relief to Gadkari, Justice Arif Doctor directed Meta, X Corp and Google LLC to ensure that the disputed posts are taken down without delay.
