BMC Elections 2026: Over 1,200 nomination forms distributed, 35 filed on fourth day, say officials

Over 1,200 nomination forms distributed and as many as 35 papers were filed on Saturday, the fourth day of the nomination process for the BMC Elections 2026 scheduled for January 15, an official said.
In a statement, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said the total number of nominations received so far has risen to 44.
