Days before BMC Election 2026, former corporator and Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate Irfan Khan on Friday withdrew his nomination from Govandi’s Ward 138 and announced his full support for the Congress candidate Sufiyan Vanu, reported the PTI.

The BMC elections are scheduled to be held on 15 January.
