BMC conducts demolition drive in Rustomjee Crown building at Prabhadevi, removes illegal alterations from 9 flats

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Tuesday said that it carried out a demolition drive and removal action against unauthorised constructions and alterations in nine flats at Rustomjee Crown in Prabhadevi.
The action was carried out on August 24 and 25, 2026 after the civic body found violations of the approved building plan and Floor Space Index (FSI) regulations.
