Thane achieves 78.8 per cent crime detection rate in 2025; high resolution in kidnappings and rapes

Thane city police recorded 11,965 crime cases in 2025, maintaining an overall detection rate of 78.8 per cent, the same as the previous year, official statistics showed, according to news agency PTI.
