A 35-year-old woman from Mumbai has been booked for allegedly extorting nearly Rs 1.4 crore from a Thane resident using his personal photos and videos, police said on Saturday.

As reported by PTI, the complainant submitted to the Kasarvadavali police station asserted that the 40-year-old man said he was blackmailed between June 2023 and May this year.
