According to the police, the action was carried out by Unit 1 of the Mumbai Crime Branch based on intelligence inputs that the warehouse at Anand Rao Surve Road in Umar Khadi area

Mumbai Police have seized a large stock of banned nicotine-containing hookah flavours imported from abroad, following a raid on a warehouse in Chinchbunder in Mandvi area of south Mumbai, officials said on Wednesday.

In the raid, a total of 1,831 boxes of hookah flavours with an estimated value of Rs 3,01,92,636 were seized by the police, they said.
