Mumbai Police have arrested two men for allegedly stealing Rs 10 lakh in cash from a businessman’s office in Kandivali, solving the case after an extensive investigation that included analysis of CCTV footage from over 170 locations.

Theft reported after cash withdrawal

According to police, the complainant, Nikhil Arvind Shah, had withdrawn Rs 90 lakh in cash from HDFC Bank on April 1 and kept the money in a drawer at his office.
