Man assaulted in Thane over complaint of being served 'cold tea', suffers burn injuries; two booked

A man was allegedly assaulted at a tea stall in Badlapur West of Thane district in Maharashtra after he complained of being served 'cold tea', police said on Thursday, adding that two people have been booked in connection with the matter, reported the PTI.

According to the police, the victim was assaulted on Wednesday evening at Swami Samarth Chowk.
