A man who had allegedly murdered his brother-in-law over a divorce dispute and placed his body on railway tracks to make the killing look like a train accident has been arrested in Bihar, 28 years after the crime, the Government Railway Police (GRP) said on Thursday, reported the PTI.

The accused, identified as 55-year-old Sandeep Krishnan, was arrested by a special GRP team on October 18 after investigators tracked him down using technical surveillance, call detail records (CDRs) and mobile tower location data.
