Mango mania in south MumbaiCafé by The St. Regis Mumbai welcomes the vibrant flavours of the season with The Summer Edit, a specially curated menu that celebrates summer through refreshing dishes and indulgent beverages where the king of fruits mangoes takes center stage.
The menu opens with vibrant appetizers such as the Alphonso & Ruby Beetroot Bruschetta, where sweet Alphonso mango pairs beautifully with roasted beetroot, mascarpone, mint, and honey. Guests can also enjoy the Chilled Mango Chili Gazpacho, a refreshing soup that combines Alphonso mango with aji amarillo chili and cucumber for a perfectly balanced summer palate. These dishes set the tone for a menu that celebrates freshness, creativity, and seasonal indulgence. The experience continues with hearty yet refreshing mains such as the Savory Mango & Black Rice Buddha Bowl, featuring black rice, avocado, sweet potato, kale, and Alphonso mango, and the Honey-Mango Glazed Chicken served with jasmine rice and fresh mango salsa.
