Where the dancefloor becomes the stageAt elrow, there’s no such thing as a passive audience. Ditching the idea of traditional "backup dancers", the festival brings in over 100 trained performers from stilt walkers and acrobats to eccentric, costumed characters who move freely through the crowd.
