Ram confessed that after his father's cancer returned, his father chose not to fight it anymore. Ram helped his father plan his assisted passing, which ultimately led to his mother and sister cutting all ties with him.  He also got candid about Ram opened up about suffering from severe depression during his time on Bade Achhe Lagte Hain due to weight issues and the pressures of fame. He developed a severe alcohol addiction, describing his behavior on set as "a monster" which contributed to the show going off air, and admitted to having suicidal thoughts that he only stopped for the sake of his children.

In the premiere week, Akanksha Chamola shocked viewers by revealing that she and her husband, actor Gaurav Khanna, were living separately and heading for a divorce. Gaurav entered the house as a special visitor. The encounter was highly emotional; Gaurav jokingly told her "Band bajadi aapne" regarding the media storm outside, but emphasized that they were not officially divorced yet and that he entered the house purely to support her, stating he would always care for her. 

Shreya Kalra disclosed to fellow inmate Sufi Motiwala that actress Akanksha Chamola (wife of actor Gaurav Khanna) is bisexual, recounting details Akanksha had shared off-camera/backstage. When the clip was aired in the house, Akanksha broke down in tears over her privacy being weaponized for a game. She owned her sexuality publicly confirming she had relationships with women before marriage and confronted Shreya in front of everyone, calling her "heartless" and "the most evil person" for backstabbing her.

Shreya Kalra used her "access card" power to withhold Akanksha Choudhary's food ration until she received an apology. When Akanksha tried to manually cancel the order on screen, Shreya attempted to pull her away, accidentally nicking Akanksha's forehead. Feeling triggered and citing past trauma from Shreya's constant personal attacks, Akanksha lost her composure. In retaliation, Akanksha poured water into Shreya's food tray and threw water over both Shreya's and Madhuri Jain Grover's mattresses and bedding. 

A video went viral showing Ram Kapoor kissing Shreya Kalra on the cheek, which left Shreya visibly uncomfortable. In a subsequent conversation, Shreya slammed Ram, saying he needed to maintain boundaries, adding, "My father doesn't kiss me this much, don't kiss me now," and complaining that he gets too close and spits while talking. The controversy grew so loud that Ram’s wife, Gautami Kapoor, entered the house as a guest, folded her hands, and publicly apologized to Shreya on Ram's behalf for making her feel uncomfortable.

Wildcard entrant Shilpa Shinde faced immense backlash for targeting fellow contestant Shivangi Joshi. During a conversation with Shreya Kalra, Shilpa mimicked Shivangi in a condescending manner, saying, "Main to bahut masoom hoon. Mujhe to kuch bhi nahi pata, main virgin hoon. Main to shaadi ke baad bhi nahi karungi," mocking Shivangi's image on national television. Shilpa further claimed behind Shivangi's back that Shivangi had been involved with all of her former male co-stars. When wildcard Apoorva Mukhija informed Shivangi of these remarks, an explosive fight broke out, with Shivangi blasting Shilpa for "slut-shaming" her and spreading baseless rumors.

Wildcard entrant Apoorva Mukhija (popularly known as Rebel Kid) opened up inside the house about her struggle with severe depression and mental health issues earlier in her career.  She shared how the extreme online toxicity, pressure, and personal low points during her time around India's Got Talent drove her into a dark mental space where she felt suicidal, before eventually seeking help and rebuilding her life as a creator.

Sufi revealed that during his college days, a male roommate forced himself on him and tried to kiss him. When Sufi ran to the PG owner for help, the owner propositioned him instead, forcing Sufi to lock himself inside the bathroom for 12 hours in fear. He also shared the pain of missing his grandmother's final phone call two days before she passed away and revealed his family barred him from attending her funeral.

After being brought back into the show post-eviction, contestant Yogesh Rawat bragged to fellow inmates that the show's TRP (ratings) crashed after his departure and that the makers had to bring him back due to massive public demand. During the weekend Judgement Day episode, co-host Riteish Deshmukh confronted Yogesh. Riteish slammed his arrogance, giving him a harsh reality check by reminding him that no individual is bigger than the show and bluntly stating, "We don't need you."

Vikas called out Shilpa for spreading toxicity, body-shaming Ram Kapoor (recalling how she asked, "Uss mote ke saath soungi main?"), and character-assassinating Shivangi Joshi. Vikas directly asked her how she could discuss a young girl's virginity on national TV, telling her she no longer deserves to be called "Shilpa Ji" and that her behavior was unacceptable

During a crucial task right before finale week, Suzanne (a semi-finalist from Splitsvilla X6) entered the house specifically as an adversary to target Akanksha Choudhary. Suzanne accused Akanksha of being "obsessed with fame" and actively sabotaged her task. The intense argument and task disruption ended up costing Akanksha the game, leading to her unexpected eviction right before the finale.  

In a high-stakes task between Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi to decide the first finalist, both were locked in a cell. Harshad took a firm stand, stating he had played for others all season and now wanted to play for himself.  The Finalist: Refusing to prolong the deadlock, an emotional Shivangi walked out of the cell, making Harshad Chopda the official first finalist of Lock Upp.  The Shock Eviction: Immediately following the task, Shreya Kalra was granted a special advantage power. In a move that shocked both the inmates and the audience, Shreya used her power to instantly eliminate Shivangi Joshi from the show right before the grand finale.
