Television actress Aditi Sharma has opened up about the domestic violence case she filed against her husband, actor Abhineet Vidyanand Kaushik, and his family. In conversation with Times Now, the actress spoke about the difficult phase she has been going through and the challenges involved in finding the strength to walk away from situations that cause emotional and physical distress.

Aditi’s complaint led to an FIR being registered at Goregaon Police Station against Abhineet, his mother Urmila Kaushik and sister Kirti Kaushik. She has alleged physical and mental harassment, domestic violence, verbal abuse, character assassination and misuse of her stridhan. The allegations are currently being investigated by the police. No public response from the accused has been reported so far.
