Actress Rashmika Mandanna is set to reunite with Allu Arjun for director Atlee's ambitious sci-fi fantasy action film, Raaka. The reunion comes after the success of the Pushpa franchise, where Rashmika and Allu Arjun's pairing as Srivalli and Pushpa Raj was widely appreciated by audiences across the country. As they gear up for yet another blockbuster, Rashmika and Arjun are set to commence shooting in Mumbai.

According to an exclusive report by Variety India, the Mumbai schedule of the film is expected to commence soon, marking another collaboration between the popular on-screen pair. Rashmika is reportedly set to portray a negative role in the film, offering audiences a new side of her acting range. Also starring Deepika Padukone, the film is mounted on a grand scale and is expected to release in theatres in late 2027.
