Parvathy Thiruvothu has addressed reports about her unfollowing filmmaker Geetu Mohandas on social media, dismissing speculation of a rift between the two. In a recent interview, the actor said there was “nothing” behind the move and criticised attempts to pit women against each other. Amid poor performance, she also refused to comment on Yash’s Toxic, as it could influence how it’s perceived.

In an interview with Galatta Plus, Parvathy was asked about unfollowing Geetu. She dismissed the matter and said there was no story behind it. “Nothing happened there. There's nothing to make news out of it. I think there is a concerted effort to pit women against women. That's something that I am not going to bite anymore,” she asserted.
