The makers of director Nag Ashwin’s magnum opus Kalki 2898 AD have issued a statement on Thursday warning the public to be aware of fake casting calls and individuals falsely claiming to represent them. Vyjayanthi Movies, the production house, took to its social media timelines to share a statement. Meanwhile, the makers are currently working on the much-awaited sequel to the multi-starrer film. Kalki 2898 AD Part 2 is reportedly targeting a theatrical release in December 2027, with principal photography actively underway.
