If reports are to be believed, Hrithik Roshan has joined the sequel for a special cameo and will soon shoot his portions in Chennai. As per a report in Variety India, “After weeks of discussions, Hrithik Roshan has officially come on board the project and is set to shoot his portions on June 22 and 23 in Chennai. Ahead of filming, the actor will undergo multiple look tests, with the makers crafting a completely fresh and never-seen-before avatar for his character. His appearance is being mounted on a grand scale.” According to sources mentioned by the portal, Hrithik's cameo arrives at a pivotal moment in the narrative, where he aids Rajinikanth’s character and helps take the story forward.
