G V Prakash and Kayadu Lohar-starrer Immortal, directed by Mariyappan Chinna, has received a clean U certificate from the CBFC. The horror thriller, which blends romance and supernatural elements, is set to hit theatres on September 4.

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has now cleared director Mariyappan Chinna's horror thriller 'Immortal', featuring actors G V Prakash and Kayadu Lohar in the lead, for release with a clean 'U' certificate.
G V Prakash took to his X timeline to share the update. Sharing a poster that announced that the film had been certified U, the actor wrote, "Immortal from September 4."
