Dhanush, who is currently shooting for his upcoming film Om Chapter 1: Udhiram – The Blood Wood, recently took some time off to visit the revered Annamalaiyar Temple in Tiruvannamalai during the early hours of Monday. The actor was accompanied by his sons, Linga and Yatra, as they offered prayers at the temple. Notably, Dhanush's visit comes as filming for Om enters its final schedule in the region. Videos of the actor greeting devotees and being mobbed by fans outside the temple earlier went viral on social media.

Dhanush was seen dressed in a traditional outfit as he, along with his sons, offered prayers to the presiding deity. He participated in the Gau Puja, a traditional cow worship ritual, before offering prayers to the deity.
