If you're walking into Evil Dead Burn expecting a terrifying supernatural horror, you may want to temper your expectations. The film leans far more into graphic gore than psychological fear, packing in plenty of gruesome sequences but very few moments that genuinely leave you frightened.
The story follows a family haunted by a dark legacy tied to an ancient group known as the Circle of Wise Men. What begins as a mysterious tragedy soon spirals into a deadly battle against an evil force connected to the family's past. At the centre of the mystery is an ancient weapon believed to be the only thing capable of defeating the entity, as long-buried secrets slowly begin resurfacing.
