Shah Rukh Khan's iconic Mumbai residence, Mannat, is currently undergoing a major renovation, and producer-real estate developer Anand Pandit has shared what is being transformed inside the property. According to Pandit, his company is constructing additional floors to the rear section of Mannat.

SRK and his family have temporarily shifted from Mannat in April 2025 before the renovation started. Moneycontrol reported that they moved to a luxury apartment building, Puja Casa in Mumbai’s Pali Hill.
