The cab driver actually recorded this video himself during a disagreement with the actor.&nbsp;</p>
<p>It's clear from the video that the cab driver is discussing the fare with Vikrant Massey, and the actor is questioning why the fare suddenly shot up from the initial quote of 450 rupees. When asked if he won't pay, the driver retorts, "Does that mean you are not going to pay?" The actor responds, "Why should I pay, brother? And why are you shouting?"</p>
