Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, known for his memorable roles in films such as Welcome, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, and Jodi No. 1, has died at the age of 75

Veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, known for his iconic comic timing and roles in films such as Aashiqui, Hum Hain Rahi Pyaar Ke, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Welcome, has passed away at 75. He is survived by his wife and two children, a son and a daughter.

The actor died earlier this evening due to lung cancer, his business partner Shivam said. He was diagnosed with lung cancer five years ago and later recovered. However, the cancer recently relapsed, and he was admitted to Nanavati Hospital around 15 days ago. The disease had also spread to his liver.
