Varun Dhawan is currently basking in the success of Border 2, in which he plays the role of Major Hoshiar Singh Dahiya. Inspired by the 1971 India-Pakistan war, the film features several intense battlefield sequences. During the shoot of one such scene, the actor suffered a serious injury.

On Thursday, Varun Dhawan shared a video from the sets of Border 2. In the clip, he is seen engaging in combat with a co-star playing a Pakistani army soldier. As the scene unfolds, Varun gets pushed towards a cameraman and, in an attempt to avoid colliding with the camera, lands hard on a rock, injuring his tailbone.
