Actress Shruti Haasan has been paired&nbsp;opposite Ajay Devgn for the first time in Milan Luthria's&nbsp;upcoming film 'Baadshaho'.

Bhushan Kumar and Milan Luthria's joint production 'Baadshaho' is slated for release on March 25, 2016.
