Sanjay Dutt’s luxury nightclub Ballr in Pune has reportedly landed in trouble. The Bombay High Court has barred the club from playing copyrighted music in public, reportedly over the lack of necessary permission from Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL) India. Following the development, Dutt has issued a clarification about his association with the club.

Sanjay Dutt took to his Instagram handle and shared a short statement on his Stories. In the note, the actor wrote, “With recent reports concerning Ballr, Pune, I would like to clarify that I am not associated with the club in any capacity.” (sic)
