While many celebrities have stood up for the actress, Richa Chadha, who also became a mother in 2024, has called out trolls for criticising actors after embracing motherhood.

In a conversation with India Today, Richa said that trolling is not something that necessarily starts within the film industry, suggesting that it is public that often engages with such behaviour. She defended her colleagues, adding that actors are usually respectful towards women navigating both motherhood and their professional lives.
