Actor Ranbir Kapoor has expanded his real estate portfolio with a major land acquisition in Maharashtra. According to property registration documents accessed through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra, the actor has purchased four adjoining land parcels in Pune's Mulshi taluka for Rs 16.42 crore.

The transaction was officially registered on July 11, 2026, and includes a total land area of approximately 4.87 hectares (around 25 acres).
