<h2>Vidyut remembers Kamat</h2>
<p>Vidyut Jammwal remembered late filmmaker Nishikant Kamat, who directed his Hindi debut film Force, 12 years ago. Jammwal took to Instagram to share a picture featuring him and actor John Abraham. &ldquo;Pay my due respect to the late director Nishikant Kamat,&rdquo; he wrote. In 2020, Kamat died at the age of 50, following cirrhosis. On the work front, Jammwal will next be seen in Crakk&mdash;Jeetega toh Jiyega.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Ace filmmaker Shyam Benegal&rsquo;s upcoming directorial venture Mujib&mdash;The Making of a Nation, a biographical drama on the towering legend of Bangladesh, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, will hit theatres across the world on October 27. The National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) shared the film&rsquo;s release date and trailer on its official social media page. The project is described as an &ldquo;extraordinary biographical film&rdquo; that brings to life the story of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and is a Bangladesh-India official co-production. &ldquo;We have tried to portray contemporary historical events as authentically as possible,&rdquo; Benegal had said.</p>
<h2>&lsquo;I&rsquo;m tired,&rsquo; says Pankaj Tripathi</h2>

The actor, however, says he has taken the decision to &ldquo;slow down&rdquo;. This year, Tripathi featured in OMG 2 and Fukrey 3. &ldquo;I have started doing fewer films because I&rsquo;m tired now. There are times when I don&rsquo;t remember when I gave a certain shot, and for which film. This is not a good situation to be in. I can&rsquo;t be acting for 340 days [in a year], and I was doing that. Now, I don&rsquo;t want to do that,&rdquo; Tripathi said. Tripathi&rsquo;s next release is Main Atal Hoon, based on the life of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. It has been directed by Ravi Jadhav, best known for National Award-winning movies such as Natarang and Balgandharva.</p>

<p>Shehnaaz Gill shared relationship advice with a singing reality show contestant. <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/entertainment/bollywood-news/article/thank-you-for-coming-producer-rhea-kapoor-people-think-female-led-rom-coms-are-frivolous-23311147" rel="nofollow"><strong>Gill</strong></a>, who was rumoured to be dating late actor Sidharth Shukla, told the contestant, &ldquo;While you were performing, I could see an intense lover singing for his beloved. The whole song [reveals] that you have decided not to live without her, but I really think it&rsquo;s time for you to move on. For now, therapy le le (sic).&rdquo; Shukla passed away in September 2021 after suffering cardiac arrest.</p>
