Hum saath vaapas aayenge

After the sleeper hit ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’, Imtiaz Ali is set to reunite with Sharvari and Vedang Raina for his next romantic drama. According to reports, the screenplay has been locked, casting finalised, and the film is in the final stages of pre-production ahead of a November shoot. The yet-untitled project is expected to revolve around love, with the makers banking on the duo’s much-loved on-screen chemistry in ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’.

A winning collaboration
Released on June 12, ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’ emerged as a sleeper hit on the back of strong word of mouth. Also starring Diljit Dosanjh and Naseeruddin Shah, the film earned around '65 crore net in India and nearly '98 crore worldwide gross during its theatrical run.
