According to latest reports, Deepika and Atlee have finalised the deal for Allu Arjun-starrer after months of discussions, making it their second collaboration following the blockbuster Jawan (2023)

A win-win for Deepu
After reports of Deepika Padukone exiting Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit appeared online (Not in high Spirit here!, May 23), the buzz is that the actor is set to star alongside Allu Arjun in Atlee’s upcoming Telugu action film, the working title of which is AA22xA6. It will mark her return to Telugu cinema after Kalki 2898 AD (2024). According to latest reports, Deepika and Atlee finalised the deal after months of discussions, making it their second collaboration following the blockbuster Jawan (2023). The film boasts a whopping budget of R700 crore. Deepika is reportedly commanding a fee of R40 crore for her role, having strategically curated her comeback after her maternity break. She has already begun filming Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan’s King and is expected to join Atlee’s project after wrapping up the Siddharth Anand-directed actioner.
