A shocking incident unfolded in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu area after four rounds were fired outside the residence of Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty, triggering concern among residents and the film industry. The firing reportedly took place late at night, sending panic through the neighbourhood. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the director and his family are said to be safe.

Soon after the shots were heard, local residents alerted the police, prompting an immediate response from the Juhu Police. Senior officials, along with teams from the Mumbai Crime Branch, rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area as a precautionary measure. Security around the filmmaker’s residence was tightened, and additional police personnel were deployed to prevent any further untoward incident.
