Tensions flared in a theatre at Noida's Logix Mall on Sunday when attendees faced repeated disruptions during the screening of 'Gadar 2' due to the projector malfunctioning on four separate occasions. The unexpected technical glitches led to a considerable commotion among the audience members. To manage and calm the situation, the local police were called to the venue. Understanding the frustration of the viewers, the management of PVR cinemas assured attendees of a full refund for their tickets. They also extended a sincere apology for the discomfort and disappointment caused by the unforeseen issue.

Sunny Deol's "Gadar 2" has stamped its authority at the box office, with a prominent lead role. As per Sacnilk.com, the film amassed a notable Rs. 43 crore on its second day in domestic collections. This sequel to the 2001 hit, "Gadar: Ek Prem Katha," is now 2023's second-highest opener, only surpassed by Shah Rukh Khan's "Pathaan."
