After undergoing multiple changes over the years, the much-discussed sequel has found itself in the news as director Advait Chandan has stepped away from the project due to creative differences. Advait Chandan exits Dostana 2

As per Variety India, filmmaker Advait Chandan, known for Secret Superstar and Laal Singh Chaddha, was supposed to direct the film and had spent about seven months developing it. However, he has now decided to step away from the project. Sources close to the development informed the portal that while there has been no major dispute, differences in creative approaches towards the project led to Advait’s decision to exit the film. This new development has come as another turbulent chapter for Dostana 2.
