A series of production houses have shifted base to shoot upcoming popular films after Delhi has shown its expensive side. Makers have to shell out lakhs to shoot at prominent locations in the national capital such as metro stations or the international airport. 

According to a report by Hindustan Times, “If you want to shoot at Rajiv Chowk for 4 hours, it means eight lakh rupees for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.
