Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, starring Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, and Rohit Saraf, has received a U/A 13+ certificate and is now set for release. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) approved the project after recommending a few changes to the filmmakers.

Changes made in the film

According to Bollywood Hungama, the censor board insisted on two major changes before approving the picture. The first was muting the term "guard," which is said to appear in a scene where Varun Dhawan's character attempts to pass off a slur as something else. The second involved reducing lip-lock scenes by roughly 60 percent. Additionally, the creators were required to include an anti-alcohol statement.
